High School: Absolutely! Yes! It's encouraged! What a game changing advantage! 

NCAA: The rules for NCAA use on the sideline are not crystal clear.  Many of our clients are using the Ball Dryer during the game, so the answer is technically yes, but, "In plain sight" is prohibited.  However, the Ball Dryer can be used off the sideline, in the locker room, pregame, halftime, during and after practice as well as after wet ball drills and general ball maintenance when dealing with wet conditions.  

We have been impressed with how creative college equipment managers have become at using our products during game play without anyone ever seeing it happen or directly violating any rules.

NFL:  No  However, the Ball Dryer can be used for QB ball maintenance, sweat, wet ball drills, leather bounce back and overall maintenance of wet conditions.

Yes! Yes! The results will differ based on the age and original condition of the ball prior to it being soaked and how much water the leather absorbed and may take longer than :60 seconds.  The concept is to prevent the balls from becoming soaked & saturated or minimize it as much as possible.  When quickly drying a properly conditioned football you will notice the "Tack" return with leather bounce back once complete. 

Recommendation: During poor weather conditions, a multi-person ball management crew is ideal. Having 1 person on the dryer and 1 person relaying wet and dry balls to and from the dryer using our weatherproof vests  is optimal.  However, 1 person can easily manage both tasks using our Ball Dryer sideline vest.

The road case is designed to fit both the CY (single unit) and Cyclone (double unit) with the wall attachments on.  This makes for easy mounting and dismounting for road games.  If you have lost or need additional wall attachments (aka "French Cleats" ) just give us a call at 612.234.5008 and we will promptly send you a new set. at no charge!  After consulting with equipment managers at every level we understand that counter top space can be an issue for many programs.  So we made the Ball Dryer easily wall mountable and removable as needed for practice and road games. 

Yes, each ball dryer comes with the hardware needed to easily mount and remove from the wall. 

Setting your ball dryer on a table or countertop works just fine also.

A standard extension cord to a power source is all that is needed.  We recommend using an extension cord that is as close to the length needed, when possible.  Avoid using an excessively long extension cord  when possible.  

Yes!  There is a protective film that applied to the window to present scratches during manufacturing & transportation.  That film can be removed.  We have found that a box cutter or exact-o knife works well to score the edge around the window making it easy to peel off like a big sticker.
